In today’s episode, my guest is Dr. Deana A. She is originally from Jamaica and is currently a Staff UX Research & Strategy Lead at Google. Her journey from Jamaica to Silicon Valley is truly inspiring.

Dr. Deana also runs a non-profit, Azarae Foundation, where the mission is to support  Caribbean youth towards fulfilling their education and passions through helping minimize financial barriers and connecting them with mentoring, developmental programs and opportunities.
